Resources: The 2011 Japanese Earthquake & Tsunami

Friday’s earthquake not only rocked Japan, but left the entire world on pins and needles waiting to see what’s happening. All Friday I was reading first-hand accounts of the quake, hearing from friends in Iwate, and keeping tabs on my Twitter stream. Here is some amazing content I came across since then that is certainly worth reading:

New York Times: Sympathy for Japan, and Admiration – a great read about the resilient Japanese spirit and people trying to help one another amidst chaos.

ABC News Australia: Japan Earthquake: Before and After – powerful satellite photos with a hover effect to see the devastating before and after shots of Sendai.
